TRAVEL CONTRACTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
Travel contract is regulated according
Bill n° 111 march 17th 1995 and rules 90/314 CEE of international convention, particulary
to Bruxelles convention, April 23rd 1970, executory law in Dec. 27th 1977 n° 1084. Travel
organization responsibility can't be in any case further the above said law.

RESERVATIONS
Acceptance is in order of places
availability. Reservation is completed as Baino Viaggi confirms. Further informations not
contained in the contract document will be given in time. The organizer will fulfill
duties at his own charge according Bill n° 111/95.

PAYMENTS
The sum of 25% of the whole fee is to
be paid at the reservation. The whole fee is to be paid prior 30 days the arrival of the
group. La Baino Viaggi can cancel reservation in case payment is not fulfilled.

RENOUNCES AND CANCELLATION
In case of renounce the organizer will
refunde the fee but following penalities:
- 10% prior 30 working days before departure;
- 50% prior 15 working days before departure;
- 75% prior 3 working days before departure;
No refunda further this deadline.

ORGANIZER'S CANCELLATION
According item n° 10 of Bill n° 1084
of Dec. 27th 1977 the organizer can cancel without any penalities totally or part of the
contract in case of unfavourable, unforeseen circumstances the organizer couldn't know at
the moment of reservation.

FEES
Fee of participation and extras are
meant per person. Prices are fixed according EURO value at the moment of program drawing
up (Feb. 1999). Just in case different EURO value would occur, rising of plane fare, tax
fee could be changed in proportion. If rise of fee is over 10% of the whole fee at the
moment of reservation you could with draw from contract upon written notice prior 48 hours
since communication relatet fee rising. No refunda if part of the group take part at the
tour.

STRIKING - SUSPENSION IN CASE OF
CRITICAL BAD WEATHER CONDITION - WAR - CIVILAND MILITARY RIOTS - NATURAL CALAMITY -
TERRORISTIC ACTION - PILLAGE
These calamities or
other similar accident cannot be charged at organization. No refunds for extra
expenditures for the above said reasons, nor for services that such accident do not
permit. Further, organisation has no responsibilties of lack of services because of
(plane-boat-etc) delay or cancellation.

PROGRAM
If necessary the
organizer can change at any moment the journey program, he can change itinerary, departure
time, means of transport, hotel substitution with other hotels of same category if
available, with no kind of duty with the group.

VISIT
The visits mentioned
in the program are according to opening times of museum and monuments, the sequence of
visits can change in order of closing time.

INSURANCE
Insurance Policy
R.C.T. CEA n° 47503 of Sept. 28th 1996.
|
|
COURT APPONTED
For any controversy
the court of Lanciano (CH) is appointed.
|
|
VALIDITY
This prospect has
validity from Dec. 1st 1999 to Dec. 31th 2000.
