"NATURE AND GASTRONOMY"
Breakfast at the
hotel. Departure to Fara San Martino in the National Park
of the Majella. Visit to one of the most famous pasta factory's De Cecco or
Delverde. Next to a restaurant where we will meet the cooks for a short course
of cooking typical regional recipes. Lunch according recipes performed during
that short cooking course and tasting of pasta De Cecco. A trip to the Gole di St.
Martino (Gorges). Continuation to Lama dei Peligni to visit the Naturalistic
Archeological Museum, the Botanic Garden and the faunistic area of Camoscio d'Abruzzo
(deer of abruzzo). Dinner with
typical abruzzese meal. Accomodation in hotel.
